Day 1

Okay, first day down. It was snowing like a banshee all day, so I wasn't able to get to the gym to do any inital measurements today. That may have to wait until day 2 or 3. My only exercise was an hour of less than vigorous volleyball. I did establish my official starting weight.

Morning weight:
  • 217.5 lbs
Food breakdown:
  1. 16oz water(9:00am)
  2. Coffee with half and half (10:00am)
  3. Turkey sandwich on white bread roll (11:30am)
  4. Roasted butternut squash (11:30am)
  5. 16oz water (11:30am)
  6. 3 16oz waters (1pm - 5pm)
  7. 3/4 lb chicken with rosemary balsamic marinade (7:00pm)
  8. Boiled Yams and Broccoli (7:00pm)
  9. 160z water (7:00pm)
  10. 2 16oz water (9-11pm)
Excercise:
  1. 1 hour volleyball (moderate)
Sleep:
  1. Woke up at 6:30am, hit snooze until 7:50am
  2. Went to bed at 11:00pm
Notes: I felt pretty good all day. No need for a nap, and wasn't really very hungry all day. Not overly productive at work, but mostly because there wasn't much going on. Played ok at volleyball, but didn't really have much explosiveness.
